The instruction I offer is in a form of contemplative practice from the Shankaracharya lineage of Advaita Vedanta. That’s a non-dualist school of Indian wisdom and dharma, or right way of living.

My training comes from a contemporary branch of this tradition known to most people as Vedic Meditation. VM is itself an off-shoot of Transcendental Meditation ⏤ a re-framed and, in a certain sense, repackaged form of ancient Vedic teachings developed in the West by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.

The tradition to which this school belongs predates Hinduism and is rooted in a system of thought and self-realization that contends we are, at our core, a part of an ultimate reality that is infinite, pervasive, eternal, and conscious.
