The process of learning is simple and starts with a conversation.

 

If you resonate with the practice and me as an instructor, you’d commit to taking a 4-session course; each session runs 60-90 mins.

In our first session I perform a short gratitude ceremony, you receive a personalized mantra and then take it for a spin. This is a private, in-person, and one-on-one meeting.

I will take as many CoViD-safety measures as you feel comfortable with.

After you’ve had time to practice on your own, we discuss your experience thus far; foundational components and mechanics of the practice; how to maximize its great benefits; and how to establish a routine in your daily life.

We also sit and practice the technique together. This meeting can be had in person or remotely.

In the last two sessions we dive deeper into broader aspects of consciousness; discuss the phenomenon of stress and why this technique is so beneficial to our physiology; and talk about some of the finer-points of the practice.

By the end of our time together you will be a self-sufficient practitioner (or meditator).

Follow up will be regular within the first 3 months so that you feel supported in this new endeavor.

Thereafter, you can always contact me via email if you’re experiencing difficulties or simply need additional support.

You are also welcome to reattend any of the course sessions at any time in order to refresh or deepen your practice.
